Registering an account with false information may result in forfeiture of all deposited funds.

Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

Gaming Rules

Fair play at international standards is guaranteed across all CCPoker games. Each game provider's own rules apply, which can be viewed within the game.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, CCPoker will settle based on the last verifiable result. If a bet is lost due to a disconnection, server logs will be reviewed to determine the outcome.

If a technical error is detected during a game, all bets for that round will be voided and stakes fully refunded.

Sports Betting Rules

CCPoker's Sports Betting section lets you bet on cricket, football, tennis, and 30+ other sports. Please keep the following rules in mind when placing bets:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • The cash-out option may not be available on all bets or at all times.
  • If a match is postponed before it begins, the bet is cancelled and your funds are returned.
  • If one event in an accumulator bet is voided, that selection is removed and the remaining selections are settled as normal.
  • CCPoker reserves the right to void or adjust bets if odds are displayed incorrectly.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CCPoker. Any violation will result in immediate account closure with no refund of funds:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Systematic bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
  • Playing using software, bots, or any automated method.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
  • Colluding with other members to influence the outcome of a game.
  • Attempting to hack or exploit any vulnerability in CCPoker's systems.

Account Suspension & Closure

CCPoker may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Failure to submit KYC documents.
  • At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

CCPoker does not guarantee any financial returns from gaming. Online gaming and betting carry the risk of losing money, and that risk is entirely your own.

CCPoker will not be liable for: losses caused by internet disconnection, delays or errors by third-party payment providers, or damage resulting from issues with your device or software.

This is a common question. CCPoker handles settlements differently depending on the situation:

If a match is cancelled before it begins: The full stake amount is refunded, typically within 24 hours.

If a match is abandoned mid-way (e.g., rain in cricket, security concerns in football): If at least 50% of the scheduled match has been completed and the result has been officially determined, bets will be settled according to that result. If less than 50% of the match has been played, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled: The void selection is removed and the remaining selections are used to recalculate the odds. The bet is not cancelled.

Refund status can be tracked in your account's transaction history.
